1. The mouth shape of playing a C-foot flute is directly related to the sound produced by the flute. Generally, the same C-foot flute with the same film tightness will produce completely different sounds with different mouth shapes.

2. The C-foot flute is played with air. When blowing and inhaling, the neck, throat, and mouth should be relaxed and opened, just like when yawning, the upper and lower lips are aligned so that the breath passes between the upper and lower lips. The gap is located in the center of the lips, and the cheeks and the corners of the mouth are closed in an oval shape. Put the upper lip slightly forward, and gently lean in the middle of the lower lip about 1/4 of the blow hole covered by the lower lip.
3. If you have a correct mouth shape for the C-foot flute, you must use a certain angle, usually the lips and the blowing hole form a 90° right angle.
4. When playing the C-foot flute, the pitch can be adjusted by adjusting the angle between the lips and the blow hole. If the angle is less than 90°, the pitch is lower, and the pitch is slightly higher than 90° (here the pitch is relative to 90°).
5. Try to minimize the sound of air leakage after the blow hole is opened, so that the air entering the blow hole is unimpeded and the C-foot flute is played, so as to find the best method and tone.
